所谓共事者,是指在工作上他所依赖的同事以及依赖他的同事。组织已不再建立在强权的基础上,而是建立在信任的基础上。人与人之间相互信任,不一定意味着他们彼此喜欢对方,而是意味着彼此了解。因此,人们绝对有必要对自己的人际关系负责。这是一种义务。—— 彼得•德鲁克

Coworkers: those whose work one depends on as well as those who depend on one"s own work. Organizations are no longer built on force but on trust. The existence of trust between people does not necessarily mean that they like one another. It means that they understand one another. Taking responsibility for relationships is therefore an absolute necessity. It is a duty. ——Peter • Drucker
